MSSU is a result of the growing disconnect between post-secondary graduates and their lack of soft skills. Additionally, organizations are increasingly aware that there exists a need to develop and build upon those skills in seasoned employees.

The MSSU curriculum accompanies our existing Business Training Centre which offers training in a variety of software applications, facilitating the development of skills and abilities in the Calgary corporate community. Our unique training methods encourage self-paced or instructor-led learning as well as tailored packages to suit your needs. Together, our training program is designed to address three components:

• Functional/Technical Competencies

• Core Non-Technical Competencies, and

• Leadership Competencies

Our client research shows that MSSU will directly aid client’s organization in two ways: the development and retention of their own internal employees, and by accessing superior, well-rounded individuals through MSS for their temporary, contract and permanent hires.
