Why would a staffing service offer training?

Mark Staffing Solutions is a learning organization. We believe in offering programs to our field employees that facilitate the development of their skills and abilities. Computer training is offered free of charge to our field staff employees who are about to complete challenging work assignments with our clients. Mark Staffing offers a full-service computer training centre, managed by an on-site certified full-time instructor. Our unique training method encourages self-paced learning, with courses customized to each individual’s needs. Benefits of this unique training include:

• Students learn by doing, not just listening.

Skill Assessments

• All training candidates complete a confidential computer-based assessment prior to commencing their training course to determine their level of skill. Training is then customized based on the student’s individual training needs. 

• Post-training assessment is completed to show measurable results and increased understanding of the program. 

Instructor-led OR self-paced learning 

• We adapt to the student’s learning style, so that the student learns AND retains.
